"Shelves are never stocked. Stuff is always packed in the alleys. Could be much better for the local convenience store."

"So the card machine has been broke for 2 days and won't read any credit or food stamp cards at all, the food is constantly past expired but still on the shelves, I've gotten sick from the food in the warmer on more then one occasion and tonight the management just leaned on the counter doing literally nothing while the new girl obviously didn't understand the problem was on her end and forced me to spend cash in my pocket I had withdrawn for bills. I won't be going back so that's literally about 35$ a day or more your company won't be getting anymore due to this complete failure of a store!!!"

"I’m in shock this is advertised as a rest stop off the turnpike but there is no restroom access for paying customers. Such a shame and very frustrating. I’ve never experienced that."

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were on our way back home from a 12 hour drive. Through dangerous weather conditions, and I have a 5 year old. This being the first exit, not able to find a rest stop. He had to go potty. And this was the only place open. They wouldn’t let him go, told me to use McDonald’s for him and I said it’s closed. She did not care at all, I mean I get it if it’s an adult. But a 5 year old? Thats ridiculous."

"Horrible. You need to make these stores have public restrooms. My friend and I are traveling home from a reunion with our Multiple Sclerosis group. We can't control many symptoms. We cannot help our disability. We stopped at the Westfield, New York location and the gal was very rude. Please make your restroom public and hire better employees. Thank you."
