They don't care about ur kids progress, all they care about is how they are going to bill you insurance that's all they care about. The BCBA unprofessional no compations or care towards my kids all they care is how the can do 15 min “family training” and submit claim to insurance. There RBT NO experience they can grab anybody from the St. To work as their therapist. We need some kind of oversight company. Please don't use this company."
