"Really disappointed in the lactation consultant Rachel at Fairfax. Utterly useless. Made my baby cry for an hour. I went with a lot of hopes to figure out what the issue is with my baby not latching on to left. And the response I got was "what can you do sometimes one eye sees better than the other, not much you can do".. she did not even bother doing flange fitting to tell me what size I am. She just confidently said "the smallest" when I know that does not work. The offices are not at all equipped to have lactation visits. You will be sitting on a backless rotating stool to feed the baby. I also had to wait for 40min for someone to attend my appointment time. They didn't care that the baby's feed time was past and baby was inconsolable."

"Dr. Bach Halloin has been great in trying to solve a bit of a medical mystery involving my son. She ordered a large volume of tests, and when that provided no satisfactory answers, she referred us to the appropriate specialist. What I appreciated most was that she was curious about my son's issue, rather than dismissive. It was much appreciated!"

"Dr. Sandy is amazing, very focus on details and listening about how my daughter feel. However the staff is not very helpful specially when I call asking for an update after lab reports or for a referral request, it looks like they don’t know what they are doing. For this that is why I am giving 4 stars. Again Dr. Sandy is great but sadly they need to be a team in order to be great service in general. Thanks"
