"If it were possible I would give it a zero stars. I 100% don’t recommend this place. I was a former patient there and now that I have 3 children I also started taking them there since they were born. I missed 2 appointments and for that reason I am no longer allowed to take my children there for care. I called today December 5 to schedule my sons yearly visit and they told my they can no longer see him or my 2 daughters. When I asked what about my 6 months baby’s appointment they told me they had cancelled it that they were going to inform me when the appointment day got closer. Very unprofessional. Only reason I still took them there is because Dr. Katz is an amazing doctor. Please find another pediatrician office this one is not worth your time."

"I have been seeing this office since June for both of my kids. But my biggest complaint is that their lack of phone courtesy and for calling me back when it pertains to my Childs ADHD refills. Especially since they make me call around to find his medication in stock then to have to call them back to get it sent to that location. Seeing as this is something my kid has to have each day and every month I have to struggle I am very disappointed in the services the provide. Their communication as a practice is ridiculous an I will be searching for a new practice based on this constant issues."

"Dr Katz was exceptional and you could tell he not only had extensive knowledge of the profession, but deep love for the field too. As new parents, he wasnt annoyed at all our questions. A special thank you to NPR Long too."

"We came to the Manassas office because this was the only Pediatricare location that had an available appointment to get my sons vaccines done for school. The pediatrician did not give him a vaccine that she admitted would possibly be an issue during the enrollment process and that is exactly what I am now dealing with. Instead of giving him the vaccine during this visit I now have to miss work, call around and find somewhere at the very last minute to get my child a vaccine for him to start school on time when the pediatrician could have done it during our visit. Also bothered by their prescription refill process, and they called me and left an important voicemail I was waiting on in Spanish, which we do not speak and never circled that we are Spanish speakers on our forms. They saw my sons name was Latino sounding and proceeded to assume we speak Spanish. Will not be using Pediatricare again."
