"I had an amazing experience at Night Watch. After first going to another urgent care that had a 2+ hour wait time, I checked in online at Night Watch which only had 2 people in line. I arrived, filled out all paperwork on my phone using the Solv app. I was called back to a room after 5 minutes, vital signs done, medical history reviewed, doctor came in only a few minutes later. The doctor was efficient and professional, explaining everything clearly. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I was quickly checked out and I got notification my med was ready before I had arrived at the pharmacy. Start to finish it was a great experience!"

"Experience was excellent! From the moment we entered until the moment we left. The NP Charmaine was great and so were the nurses. Especially the nurse that took vitals and administered the meds. They made you feel comfortable and gave plenty of knowledge. Before touching me or giving any type of uncomfortable test she always reassured I was okay and ready. I was feeling terrible when I went in but I felt better walking out in that short time. We went kind of late because they stayed open until 10pm and that was almost the only one we could find open. We walked in 10-15 minutes before they were closing. My accumulated time was probably no more than 1 hour. I’m about 40 mins away from them and I would definitely drive back if needed."

"We took my cousin here for an urgent care and I found 3 things to be true. 1. The doctor was great. Charmaine I believe was her name. Through but didn’t waste our time or her time either. 2. If you use the app you don’t really have to wait. I LOVE this feature and wish more places utilized technology to make healthcare easier on patients. 3. The place was a little dirty inside. This surprised me. There was dust and some little paper scraps on the ground in the wait area and the room floor was not clean either. The bed where my cousin sat when the doc came in seemed fine it was just the floor."

"First time coming here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very calm and patient to hear all the problems. The nurses and doctor were very caring. Property was neat. Although the wait time was longer, and it’s not the urgent care fault, we were new so we didn’t know about the Solv to have appointment earlier, but still the staff did their best to accommodate us. Firstly I don’t want anyone to get sick, but god forbid if they got I recommend them here."

"Check in went smoothly with the young man at the front desk very attentive. Quite a few others there, but we were brought back in a timely manner. All the doctors and nurses were very polite and efficient in helping our 8 month old with his health concern. Was given a prescription to pick up which was sent to the wrong location, but called and was quickly corrected. Just a little miscommunication where both parties did not get discouraged and was handled smoothly. Very glad we chose this place to have our son seen. Very good vibe and Atmosphere."
