They seemed annoyed when I asked any questions and didn't provide any helpful information. It was also very disorganized, and I had to wait for a long time before being seen by a doctor. When I finally saw the doctor, they seemed rushed and didn't seem to take the time to listen to my concerns (Dr. Cleared my kids without noticing their right vaccinations record). I have asked for a copy of the medical records for my son and the charge ~$50. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service at this pediatric center and would not recommend it to anyone. A recommendation - start changing your front desk staff (Magie) to star building a better customer service experience."
