"Showed up early for my appt and had all new patient docs completed online beforehand. No one was at reception desk and there was no sign on sheet. A QR code on the wall said to check in online so I did. Website said I was checked in. No one came to desk for 15 minutes. I asked after a bit longer if they knew I was here and she said “No you didn’t tell me. “. The online check in was not an actual check in. My appt was now 45 min ago. She says she will check with a tech and when she returned just sat down and started working instead of getting back to me. I asked again if I’m waiting or rescheduling and she says it’s up to me - the tech is in a virtual appt for another half hour. After a little more back and forth I canceled and left. This was so unprofessional and considering how long it takes to even get an appt I’m more than annoyed. In the end all I did was waste an hour and have to wait a few more weeks til my next one with another facility"
"At my appointment on October 26, I paid my bill in full—$328. I was told that using Medicare would cost more (being diabetic entitles me to one exam a year, paid by Medicare). I don’t understand their billing but I paid out of pocket and was told to allow two weeks for my glasses. After three plus weeks I called and was told they had to send my glasses back twice as they weren’t made correctly. They were finally ready for pickup on November 29. The girl handed me a case, I tried them on, she adjusted one stem and that was it ‼️ She didn’t really look at the fit, didn’t offer for me to choose a case, and didn’t give me bottle of cleaner. The more I think about this, the more I feel I should choose another provider for my next exam. They have not responded to my review so I just now took away one of the two stars I had given them. Apparently I am not important to them so will DEFINITELY be taking my business elsewhere."
"The doctor at MyEyeDr in Spring Mills found a problem with my eyes that's been undiagnosed for years at other eye facilities. He was very thorough during my exam."
"Made an online appointment for a teledoc visit. Took 40 minutes to pull me back. Was told the teledoc was backed up and it would be at least 20 minutes for the tech to do her part but no guarantee for when the doc would be on. The other tech reeked of smoke when she was right next to my face doing things. The people were super nice. But I wont be going back again."
