Urology – Martinsburg

"Not professional. Made an appointment with this place this Thursday. They called and told us we had to reschedule to the next day because they had a meeting at that time. And again they called to reschedule to next week because the doctor is out. Like seriously do better. This place I would not recommend because I feel like they don’t care about patients health."

"Getting an appointment is a nightmare, I gave up. In a nutshell, I had imaging sent over twice, they said they never got it. I physically took a report and disc into the office. I was told the physician would look at it and then schedule the appointment. That was over a week ago and still no appointment. I called in to inquire, again, and was told the person who coordinates communications with the physician is out and to call back tomorrow. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I'm just going to schedule elsewhere."

"On 6/23, the WVU ER advised that I have a kidney stone and to follow-up with Eric Whitman at suite 105 wiyhin 2 days. Called as soon as I was released, advised he was out of the office through July. I was scheduled with another urology Riordan. My appointment for June 30th was confirmed earlier in the week to only be canceled and move to a nurse practitioner. Apparently the DR didn't feel my appointment was to provide service. Don't waste your time at this office."

"After having a series of visits within two months, I've only had great experiences here. Wait times have been at a minimum both in the waiting room and once actually in the office. As far as medical attention, staff have been friendly and helpful in answering my needs, questions, and concerns."

"I had a Vasectomy and everything went well. Staff and Dr was great. The only complaint is that the nurse prepped me and left me laying on my back while she went to get the Dr. 35 min later the Dr came in but in between then another girl/staff comes in to get something out of a cabinet while I’m exposed to the world. The Dr must have over scheduled and was way behind."
