"I was in there one time and I heard some girl in the kitchen talking about her chlamydia. As a customer, it was very unsettling to hear. I don’t think employees should be talking like this in a professional environment in front of customers. I’ve also seen this girl on another occasion being terribly rude to her coworkers. Do better Starbucks."

"I got a large order for drinks and they were very very nice and accommodating!! They were super friendly and didn’t seem annoyed at all!! One I actually spilt and went back to purchase a new one and they gave it to me on the house!! Definitely recommend this location especially for being new they handled everything perfect!!"

"When there aren't other options open before 7am, I'm going to end up at a Starbucks. And since I needed a spot to hang with my laptop for a couple of hours, here we go. I found a comfortable seat and from 6:30 am until 10 am, I watched a steady progression of customers come and go for their caffeine fixes. One from the drive thru returned with a problem with their order, which was handled swiftly. My coffee was fine, the internet worked well and when I left, the laptop and phone were charged to 100%."

"So I went through this morning and ordered a venti caramel macchiato, and I asked them for a separate cup of caramel drizzle. I told them I don’t mind paying for it, no matter what the cost, but that I like the drizzle in literally every drink. I’m not the type to drink coffee every morning. Or every week even. I get coffee maybe once every couple of months and when I do, there’s a certain way I like it. That’s all. I know this isn’t a normal request though, which is why I don’t mind paying the extra. She said no problem. I get to the window where I see no caramel drizzle at all in the drink, and about half inch to an inch, in a little espresso cup. I was then told they aren’t prepared to give me that amount with my order, as the store has no way to ring that in and they don’t have enough supply. So I just paid $7 for a drink that went in the trash because it’s not what I wanted at all. Thanks guys. And I really appreciate the fact that you told me it wasn’t a problem when I ordered, and then decided it was after I was at the window and the drink was made. Great customer service skills. I did just speak with management and they plan on making it right after I get off work. Again, I really hate to even make this a thing because “first world problems”. But when you only get coffee every 6 months, you want it to be right."
