"Stopped coming here due to long wait and drinks that did not seem to be made properly. I use to love the pumpkin spice lattes, not anymore. My money is on Black Rifle Coffee. In my opinion the Stone Tower Coffee place appears to be managed better and has a great selection."

By far some of the best customer service skills, attentative listening when making orders, very friendly, knowledgeable about their products and what they have available. This starbucks has employees who genuinely make you feel comfortable and like you at home. Great great great location."

"This is the most inconsistent Starbucks. I go here frequently because it is the most convenient location for me and I usually just deal with the inconsistent quality. My usual order is a shaken espresso, I have ordered this for years and know what it should taste/look like. When I picked my drink up this morning I knew it was wrong, and I took a sip of it and it just tasted like milk. The barista asked me if something was wrong, and I told her it just tasted like milk. She said there was espresso in it, and I said it was gross and made wrong. She just IGNORED ME. I go out to my car and I can see through the window the two baristas are looking at me and talking and laughing, I’m assuming about me. I almost never ask for my drink remade, but this drink was just disgusting and I threw it in the trash."

"Always bustling, but the staff here are friendly and helpful, making sure that you're served as quickly as possible. Just today I thought that I had placed an order online, but must have failed to submit the order. The barista I spoke to was happy to check make sure I hadn't sent it to another store by mistake, and when I submitted the order (for real this time!), was kind enough to confirm that they had received it. To me, those small acts of kindness really make a difference."
