"Initially I had a great experience going into the office. Vanessa noted my son's tongue tie and we were able to have it lasered. I continued to see a lactation consultant afterwards. A few weeks after the procedure he stopped breastfeeding. I paid out of pocket to have a consultant come to the house thinking in home help would get the baby back to breast. She was late (traffic...it happens) and it didn't work. My issue is that I did not receive any follow up assistance. For the travel fee I expected more help. Maybe another consultant could have reached out. I never heard from them again. Usually after in office visits the consultant would reach out to see how everything was going. Very disappointed. So my advice is don't pay for the in home "experience""
"I had walked in not really expecting to gain anything new out of the consultation. I had worked with three different consultant previously at the hospital and pediatricians office. I had stopped pumping and nursing several days before, because I was having a hard time with the pain. Engorgement and sensitivity where a major issue for me. Working with Diana though she threw a lot of different possible solutions at me. We went through them and it worked! There's a lot of different products available that can assist and different techniques is what I learned. It may have been well because I needed the time to rest as well. I will never know. Either way, I think I can succeed in being able to breastfeed my baby after the consultation. Giving myself and giving Diana a chance was well worth it."
"This practice was recommended to me because they are the largest in the area and are still doing in person and home appointments. I have updated my review after visiting the practice. Despite them not taking my insurance they worked with me to put together a plan for my daughter. When I got home I was able to feed her for the first time in weeks without her crying inconsolably. Thank you so much for your help."
"I love this place. Debbie diagnosed my sons tongue tie and once I had it clipped he was able to breastfeed well for the first time in almost 3 months. Everyone in the office is super friendly. If you are having issues breastfeeding definitely make an appointment here."
