"Horrible customer service!!! Went in to get my daughter's ears pierced, she was super excited too! Told the lady what we wanted done after not even being greeted by her. She growned,grabbed her tablet & didn't say a single word to us for 10 mins! Finally I ask if it's not working ? I got a snippy NO!! Then after several more mins she got it working only to say they only have $80 to $100 earrings. Double what I planned on paying. So needless to say we didn't even get them done. Maybe instead of sitting around eating & being rude they should try order earrings since they're an ear piercing place!!?!"
