"This is by far the worst Kay's location with an awful manager. They lost my wedding ring after a cleaning and gave us the poor excuse that we had come early to pick it up, yet we only came to get it because they had called to let us know it was ready for pick up. We left and got another call the next day that they had found it and we could actually come to get it. When we showed up, the manager hid her face and avoided us. Unfortunately, after we got home we realized they broke a diamond out of the setting. Thank goodness they "made it up" to us by giving us a $25 store credit. If you're able to, definitely visit the Washington, PA location instead. The employees there actually care about your jewelry."
