Got a quote for 2 pairs of earrings being custom made for a Christmas gift for my wife. Got a call back Monday morning stating he botched the entire quote and was off by more than double the quoted price. Absolutely ruined Christmas for my wife - will NEVER be back again and do not recommend ever dealing with John, the owner or this store again."
