"My wife and I came in to sale some of her clothes from the closet. We were told that we must remain in the store in order to be priority. We waited over an hour only to witness their staff skip us not once but twice. When I asked how much longer it would be and why we were skipped in the first place. They denied skipping us even though I witnessed the other two customers before us come into the store and have their clothing sorted and appraised while ours was left untouched. Will not be returning and will not recommend. The staff on shift today were more focused on their cell phones and gossiping amongst their selves than the customers. I witnessed many people waiting to check out while employees were staring at their phones during my over an hour wait in the store. I would recommend retraining your employees and holding your manager to a better standard."

It's definitely Morgantown's place to find high quality items & super low prices❣️ The employees acknowledge you as you walk-in & even treat you with kindness & respect while you shop which unfortunately is a rarity these days!!! PLUS their prices are great & their sales are even better too."

"Great store! Super friendly staff, everything is laid out really well. Biggest (and best) difference between this place and other thrift stores I've been to is that this one has so many more quality items! No Walmart but lots of Calvin Klein, White House Black Market, Ralph Lauren, MK, Coach, and Kate spade bags, and tons of other mid-range designers. Found some great little pieces for well under retail! I'm not from this area but will definitely stop in again on my next trip!"

"Not bad but too overpriced for consignment, since most of what I found was from Target, Wal Mart, and Old Navy or off brand whole sale stuff you see in bulk on Amazon. Occasionally I saw a couple of items slipped in but I still wasn’t impressed (and I’m referring to clothing only, purses and formal dresses looked alright). There’s not much in terms of Large, XL, and XXL items (women) and what they did have was underwhelming, I don’t know if that’s because they don’t get a lot in there in those sizes or they don’t take them. Overall this was a disappointing experience where in my case I’d do just as well, if not better, buying new clothes at Target. But to each their own."
