"I purchased a bracelet from my mom in December for Christmas. The girl at the counter processed my credit card using her iPad. The manager was unhappy with it and insisted that the payment didn't go through so I made another payment on the register. I ended up getting charged twice. So I called the Morgantown store and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. And then I tried to call Zales customer service and they kept hanging up on me. So I reached out to my credit card company that I used and filed a complaint through them. Zales Jewelers representative basically told my credit card company that I was making it all up. Even though you can see all my credit card statements that they double charged me!!!! I will never buy anything through Zales ever again! And if you all want to go to that store, just make sure that they process your payment through the registers or they will double charge you."
