"I'm always greeted with a friendly associate when going in to purchase or have mine or my husbands jewelry cleaned and inspected. Today was no different! I was at the Morgantown Mall in West Virginia. The lady that helped me was amazing. One of my rings somehow was not in the system. She tried so hard to ensure it would be found while the other lady cleaned & inspected 3 of my rings. She absolutely did find it and added it to my profile!
