"Rude!! They aren’t going to get any patients coming in because their receptionist answers the phone with an attitude before you can make an appointment! She says hello with no greeting or anything to let you know you’ve reached the right place. How am I supposed to know I called the doctors office when you answer the phone like it’s your personal cell phone??? Word of advice: get a new customer service respresentative before she runs your business into the ground!!"
