"This is the 4th Nova Patient care location I have been to in Alexandria and it was the best office so far. The PAs that run the reception area and take your vitals were very helpful and worked to get an issue resolved on my billing. They called me later the same day to provide the information i needed. Dr. Pagano is wonderful and she is the reason I went to this location. I recieved care from her at another location a couple of months ago and decided i wanted her as my GP. Everyone at the Kingstown location were attentive, polite, and the care was fantastic!"
"Had a great experience at NOVA Patient Care. I walked in without an appt and only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. There was a bit of a wait for the doctor after the nurses had come in but this is the busy season so that is expected. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend."

Did a strep test and Covid test which was both negative and they treated him promptly and with extra care to get rid of his incessant cough and swollen throat! "I had been in quarantine for 5 days. I contacted patient care and ask them if I can come in and get a COVID test then. When I arrived I called the office and they said someone would be right out. When the lady came out she was so friendly and so nice that she did the no swab and told me just wait and they're going to call me when they have the results. The doctor called me she was so friendly nice. My results were negative. I needed a letter to take to my job to show them that and she said come on in and get it. They were awesome I definitely recommend coming here."
