"Don't bother. They work exclusively through an app that works about half the time, and they'll claim to accept your insurance then reject it and charge you after the fact. My provider was wonderful and every actual human being I spoke with was wonderful. It's really terrible that they are forced to work through this awful system. Just see an in-person provider literally anywhere else. It's better than this."

"I have been with Circle Medical since November 2021. It has gotten to a point, that while I love my provider, I can no longer see them. The continuity of care is abhorrent. Response times to chats are so terrible that I have found myself debating whether the ailment/issue I am experiencing is worth the hassle of reaching out to support or not. Their billing practices are even worse. Having worked in medical billing for years and having first hand knowledge of the disaster that is their billing department is enough to scare anyone off. Their system is established to automatically qualify you as a cash pay patient if you do not have a PPO plan. Pair that with 48 hour automatic billing and a disturbingly long queue for refunds is straight up theft. After explaining to chat support that I will not upload a credit card to the app to pay my past due balance because I will then be charged for every visit as a cash patient (even though my EPO plan pays 100%) and will have to wait months to get my money refunded, I was advised that I can no longer continue my treatment. I stated that I would pay my balance if I was given a way to make a payment without adding my card to the app, but shockingly there is no option for that. So, in short my treatment was abruptly ended, their billing practices are suspect, and pharmacies nationwide refuse to fill for them. RUN."

"The most deeply unethical medical practice I have ever encountered. I requested a primary care physician and was given a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She helped get me rescheduled with a PCP who did eventually show up to the appointment but was over 10 minutes late. No apology. The worst though is their billing and customer service. They charged me without running my insurance. They didn’t even send me a bill to review, just instantly charged my card. Even though they very clearly state in their billing and invoicing that charges don’t take place until 48 hours after an invoice is issued. Customer service was entirely unhelpful. They told me they charged me out of pocket because they had trouble verifying my insurance. They made no attempt to tell me they had issues with my insurance, just charged me anyway. Didn’t even bother to send me an invoice to review despite that being their stated policy. Customer service is completely useless and won’t reverse the charge or send me an invoice to review. They also say I have to verify the insurance for them by providing their tax information to my carrier and getting back to them so the insurance knows they’re valid. I have never had to verify a practice to my insurance before, never even heard of it. Practices always verify insurance themselves. This is just a money making scam."

"I would strongly advise against using these services but particularly those provided by Diane Tackie PA-C who was not only 15 late each video apt, extremely rude, seemingly uninformed, certainly unprofessional and overall extremely ineffective at basic medical tasks and practices. Stay far away!!"
