"I don't recommend Persona Doctor at all! Don't fall for it. The only that you will lose is your money not your weight. Two months taking the medication and I have lost 2 pounds, which I don't attribute to the medication. It is normal to me to lose 2 or 3 pounds and get them back again without any medication. So far I have spent a significant amount of money with no results. I later realized reading the agreement that they don't even guarantee their program after 30 days. You will regret it if you sign their agreement. Go elsewhere."

"This is the third or fourth time that my husband has done Persona Doctors They were always very much slacking on being in communication, but right now the fourth time that he’s doing this, they have not even sent the pills. They made sure they took the money for the visit and for the whole month but he has not received his pills, we called them. They are most of the time either close or they don’t answer the phone. This seems like a scam. Be careful signing up for this. I hope someone that is responsible for Persona sees this and will reach out to my husband or me and we can get either our money back or our pills Very frustrating and not professional"

"Updating my review (January 12, 2023): The office in Alexandria still seems to be undergoing transition. I can appreciate the challenges this brings, both for the people who work on the ground in the business and for the patients. I myself have had my share of frustrations. At the same time, the current office manager (not sure if that is the proper title), Jessica, is working hard to turn things around. Her sincerity, follow-up, and proactiveness, as well as her positive attitude, makes what can otherwise be a stressful experience one that is much smoother and better to navigate. The information you receive is informative and customer-focused and you do not feel like a number. I am hopeful about continuing a positive and rewarding relationship with Persona Doctors. I am glad to see the attentiveness and care for the patient be prioritized again. This office has had some turnover since I started coming to this location in the past year. The staff currently working there are courteous, professional, friendly, and responsive. I’ve always had a good experience with the doctor. The plans are not cheap, but like anything, with the proper commitment and follow-up, you will see success."
