"I have been to this Heyday location a few times now after being gifted a gift card for my birthday. I was lucky enough to be paired with an INCREDIBLE esthetician (Ashley). I have enjoyed getting facials for a few years, but the overhead and excess of the traditional spa experience felt a bit extravagant for my need (simply caring for my skin). The ambiance and setup of Heyday is much more in tune with literal self-care of your face. Ashley is knowledgeable and flexible with her care depending on my sensitivities. The front desk staff is super helpful and kind too. I can't recommend this Heyday location enough!!!"

"ve always had a great experience at the Alexandria location and have been patronizing since its opening in Old Town. Please note HeyDay is not a spa - it is a place for one hour facials and you can shop for beauty products and tools. Easy to make appointments and I’m always greeted and checked in promptly. The facials are conducted in semi-private rooms (the rooms are separated by walls and curtains) and you are able to hear the music playing throughout the store (usually soft music). Honestly I fall asleep during my facials because the atmosphere is very peaceful. I receive monthly facials with Ivana who is phenomenal and makes great product recommendations. My skincare has positively been impacted by her guidance I never feel pressured to purchase anything or that she is upselling. I like the small/quaint store. They do adhere to the 10-15 min grace period but will easily accommodate a rescheduling request by telephone or text message. There is paid street parking nearby."
