"I've been going to Bay Crossing family medicine for over 15 years I always see Liz she is absolutely fantastic I never once feel rushed when I'm in there she carefully listens to all of my concerns answers all of my questions thoroughly in terms that I can understand she has brought me through some of the toughest times in my life Wenever I need her she has always worked me in mostly on the same very day and if not very soon thereafter. She has helped me more than I can express and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. If you're looking for a wonderful ,caring, knowledgeable. Friend and doctor. "I like Elizabeth Posoli, and I've seen her many times, she's welcoming, caring and patient. But the staff at Bay Crossing isn't very on top of things. I've had to call a number of times to get a prescription refilled, I've had to fax over the name of the pharmacy, because they didn't get the pharmacy right; the other day I was asked "How do you spell Prednisone?" I mean, really, come on. The last straw was, after 5 days, they refilled the lansoprazole, and then, not filling the asked for prednisone taper, they instead called in a topical cream that I didn't need. My goodness, what a less-than intelligent staff, with little common sense."

Dr. Seidel is a wonderful doctor and gives me all the time I need including efficiency, too. Her staff is knowledgeable and personable and I enjoy being around them.
