"I highly recommend Personalized Physical Therapy! Kelsey and Lindsey are the best! I had been treated for a previous issue in the past and returned to have a TMJ issue treated. I had inflamed gums, constant headaches and sensitivity due to clenching my jaw. After one session my jaw was already so much better and then I continued with months of therapy treating the underlying issues with neck and back tension. "I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent PT visits. I started seeing Nicole about 10 weeks ago for pelvic floor PT. We saw each other for 5 total visits, and I had my final visit yesterday. Nicole is absolutely amazing. She is kind, compassionate, understanding, professional, and non-judgmental. Her knowledge in her field in unmatched (I have been a physical therapy patient multiple times in the past and I am a registered nurse, so I feel able to speak on that), and she makes sure that every minute of your visit with her is dedicated to either manual therapy, evaluation, demonstration, or education; Not a minute goes to waste. I told Nicole yesterday, but I was about to tear up so I kept it short- Nicole has changed my life. As a mother of 2 at 36 years old, I couldn't believe I was having issues with incontinence. It was embarrassing and really negatively impacted my life. I am happy to report that because of Nicole, I have reached 5 weeks with ZERO leakage or incontinence issues. She is an absolute angel and I am so thankful to have met her and had her as my therapist. I hope I don't need any physical therapy in the future, but if I do, I will be sure to return to Nicole."

"Knows what she’s doing and you’ll get actual longterm results! I was fighting an ab separation for 2 years post partum, including via insurance covered PTs. I work hard and am committed so not getting any results and actually worsening symptoms was maddening. Then I got a recommendation to see Kelsey. I saw her and Lindsay weekly for roughly a couple months. Change is huge! Now my workouts pay off and my body hurts less from the dysfunction. "I saw both Kelsey and Nicole and they are both EXCELLENT PT's with a TON of knowledge! I had my son 11 years ago via C-section and never was really taught what to do post opp with the scar or was given much detail about the fact I might have Diastasis Recti. I went on for 11 years with a scar that was barely there and never knowing that I had DR....honestly not thinking I had any issues at all with those areas. Within minutes of my initial consult with Kelsey, she was able to diagnose that I in fact had Diastasis Recti, tightening around the scar, and various other issues that were affecting pelvic floor strength, hip/back pain, etc. She was able to formulate a weekly schedule and I would alternate seeing her and Nicole to get the most progress. Within 1 month she was able to close / seal my Diastasis Recti (using manual therapy and home exercises for me and what NOT to do while healing), loosen my scar, and help with ailments affecting my hip/IT band, and they both worked on some upper back issues I was having too. Nicole is REALLY knowledgeable about Pelvic Floor issues and helped get me stronger. I can't thank them enough for all their help!"
