"When I initially went I liked this office. Kayleen was very attentive. But I’ve had several instances that have sullied my opinion, leading me to find a new pcp. 1. I was out of town an requested a script sent to a specific pharmacy where I was at. It was sent to my normal pharmacy. They made me call the pharmacy to fix their mistake. 2. I made one of my appointments a telehealth appointment 4-5 days before my appointment because I had to go out of town. On the day of my appointment they call asking if I’m coming in!?! After they already confirmed they made me appointment telehealth. 3. After the telehealth appointment I noticed in my calendar another appointment upcoming in a few days and asked if I had an appointment at the office on that date (I was referred to other offices so there was a possibility it was at another office and I wanted to clarify) they said no. The appointment date arrives and they call me asking if I’m coming in after being told I did not have an appointment that day. 4. I’ve had several labs done and for not a single one did they reach out to give me the results, I’ve had to reach out the them. Mind you one came back abnormal and I notified Dr. Haghighi during my “follow up” (see below) 5. I was scheduled for a follow up and was seen 40 minutes after my appointment and they didn’t have the result to any of my labs. Dr. Haghighi said they would reach out and get my result and he would contact me back. Spoiler alert he never did. 6. That brings us to today. My follow up appointment was in February and I have not heard back. So I called the office and they still didn’t have any of my results on file. So all in all to each their own but I could not in good conscience recommend this office."
