"Update: A day after this review, someone from their central billing department reached out to me, apologized for the difficulty and initiated a credit. They were professional and straightforward. I'm really grateful they resolved the issue so immediately after my review, but I'm sorry it took that. I had previously had hours worth of calls with billing staff at the Tysons location to try to understand the bill and had gotten no clear answers. I'm leaving my original rating for my experience over the past 10 months, but I do sincerely appreciate the 5-star ultimate resolution once their central billing department was involved. _________ Original review: We had a terrible experience with billing here. On their website and in the phone message that plays while on hold with them, they promise a "no surprises" billing process by offering you a "good-faith estimate" of how much a procedure will cost out of pocket. Nothing is further from the truth. We gave them exact coding of the MRI procedure my daughter's dentist was requesting, our insurance policy and account numbers as requested. In Dec 2022, they gave us their estimate that it would cost us $547.94. We went ahead with the MRI based on that information. Once the MRI was done in Jan 2023, they sent us the bill, for $1,095.88! I called multiple times asking for an explanation and for the bill to be reviewed. While they said they were having an internal department review, they assured me they wouldn't send the bill to collections. Then we got a collections notice! After multiple hours on their phone with their billing folks and no clear answers, they kept insisting that the original figure was just an "estimate" and there was nothing they could do. To avoid ruining our credit, I just gave in and paid. The MRI itself was perfectly fine, but the billing department is disorganized and terribly misleading. They should stop offering estimates at all, if they aren't even going to be in the ballpark of the final bill. Don't get services here unless you want big surprises in your final bill."

"Receptionist is lovely. A very personable lady. Good efficient service. Open Sundays too. Ted did my scan and couldn’t have been more helpful giving me the countdown to when it would be over. Good place and good people."

"Laurie is AMAZING in her position. She is so friendly and welcoming and treats everyone with kindness. She knows the patient process very well and is great at walking new patients through the paperwork. She kept the office very clean, even making sure the clean and dirty pens stayed separate. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Farhan was good too! He walked me back and explained everything well. He answered any questions I had and then made sure we were able to get my things back from the locker. Honestly great experience from both staff members I saw today and I would definitely come back here. Thank you Laurie and Farhan!"
