"My mom is a patient of Dr. Verma, my mom had a concern today and decided to call to see if she could have a quick 5 minutes to speak to the provider, So the receptionist was able to transfer her to the Dr. When they were talking, Dr. Verma made it seem like my mom was being a nuisance and then all you hear is the phone slam and the line went dead. THE DR HUNG UP ON MY MOM MID CONVERSATION. My stepdad ended up calling back because he was thrown off about this, he wanted to talk to someone because my mom was not even able to voice her question. The receptionists were rude to him, they were not helpful and hung up on him. I fully understand the busy schedules and time crunches that providers are on, i understand how busy the front desk can get but this is insane. I have never heard about provider offices hanging up on their patients."

"I avoid leaving bad reviews because I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after reading the reviews I understood that the terrible experience I had in this office wasn't a matter of bad luck or a bad day for the doctor, that's actually the way she deals with her patients. I went to see her for thyroid and PCOS issues and when I mentioned the latter, she told me "I don't have time to discuss that, let's address the thyroid problem". In which world something like that is acceptable? How can a doctor choose what problem she will treat? I felt extremely disrespected and I strongly recommend you to choose another endocrinologist to treat your needs. For me, the trauma was so deep that I'm coming back here years later to leave my review, hoping that other patients don't have to go through what I had."

"Dr Anju Verma is the best endocrinologist in our area. She is professional, caring and does everything possible to help you get your A1C under control and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The follow up from her office is fantastic."

"The worst experience for a doctor’s office ever. I was never notified that my appointment was cancelled. It was scheduled a couple months in advance. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told “we don’t have you down for an appointment.” I received text reminders of my upcoming appointment and confirmed, but apparently my confirmation didn’t happen soon enough so they gave my appointment to someone else. They didn’t even let me know they cancelled. I did what I needed to do on my end and was met with horrible service. I recommend going elsewhere if you need an endocrinologist."

"The doctor treats you like a number “NEXT”. She does not care about the patients at all. She forgets to ask if you need refills on medication. Both appointments I had with here were UNDER 10 minutes long. Her staff is so unprofessional and disorganized. They would not send the pharmacy the prescription for my glucose testing meter. They refused to give me a referral once I told them I wanted to move to a different office. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. I do not recommend. When you’re diabetic life is already had enough, go to a doctor that actually cares."
