He always explains my questions clearly and patiently. and I feel conformable and relaxed at the doctor’s office. All staff of the office is also helpful for responding the calls, emails and helping check in, etc. The office is neat and organized well."

"I have to say, it has been more than 2 years since I had my annual. I got an appointment so fast. The front desk staff were so friendly and professional. The wait was so short. After checking in, I was called in to get my vital signs and whisked off to an exam room. I didn't even have a chance to sit on their beautiful sofas. Dr. Cui was awesome. I didn't think he remembered me. He asked about my daughter and how I was doing these past 2 years. I am very impressed with how this office has improved in terms of customer service and overall appearance of the office. Definitely will be sending my friends over to Dr. Cui."
