"I've been coming to Aparnaz for a couple of years now and I love my experience each time. My first lash service was by Princess and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the lash removal was. Her application was also spot-on. I've also had my lashes done by AP and other staff members, and they have all done an excellent job. There is something about the way that they remove the extensions that is so gentle and doesn't hurt. Their lashes are also very high quality and stay on for a long time. Aparnaz is my favorite lash place in DC."
"DO NOT TAKE ANY TRAINING HERE. It's a scam. I have been trying to get in contact with someone about the lash lift/tint & lamination course that I attended on October 8th. I was very dissatisfied with the course. On your website, under class overview, it states that we would be learning theory review, safety & sanitization, client consultation & consent forms, aftercare instructions and live demonstrations. We did not learn any of those topics. Also the kit that was provided, our instructor told us that we cannot use it on real clients. So what is the point of providing a kit? Especially when on your website it says "Starter Kit (up to 10-15 treatments)". I looked up the "Starter Kit" on Google, and it was worth $19... We did not have a live model to watch the instructor perform the procedure so we had to practice on each other. This did not end well for myself because the student that did my lamination was not being watched during the procedure. The instructor left the student in the studio room for 10-12 minutes to thread a customer's eyebrows which resulted in my eyebrows to be over processed and my eyebrow hairs burnt and broke off. One of the students brought her own model who stayed for the entire course basically receiving a free lash lift/lamination class and then that model ended up taking pictures with us in the end holding someone else's certificate. Everything was very unorganized and unprofessional. From sharing unsanitized tools, not wearing gloves, leaving students unsupervised during a procedure to not learning everything under the class overview and not being able to use the kits you provided. I have emailed them repeatedly and got one reply stating "Someone will contact you soon." I never received a call or email back. I wasted $600 on this class and learned nothing!"
"Zeba was great! She did my lash lift and tint and took very good care of my sensitive lashes. I’d highly recommend her. The studio was clean and they booked my appointment by phone."
"I’m not sure who did my lash fill today. She never told me her name. She had a good personality but unfortunately it’s clear she needs more training on her lash technique. Now granted, I only Went in for a fill while I was on a quick vacation here so she worked on top of another persons work so she probably did her best but she missed the outer and inner lashes and didn’t take off the super outgrown lashes. It also took a solid 2 hours. So I was expecting very good work. Like I said good personality but it would do her great to get more educated and lash training. UPDATE: Most of the lashes she put on have fallen off and they are super hard and feel like plastic. Terrible quality. You can see the greenish/brown glue on each lash. I’ve texted and emailed in regards to this experience with zero replies. Please don’t go to this place for lashes. Extremely Poor poor customer service and horrible quality of work with zero apology or explanation."
"Had an amazing experience with miss ap! She was so nice and inviting with great people energy! Truly enjoyed chatting with her while getting my lashes done! Was very satisfied with the results will def be coming back !"
