"Reception staff was very nice and caring. Will not ever go back due to the passive aggressive behavior and unprofessional communication from the Dr. Bocek. I had to request documentation to be updated since not one part of an hour consult was written down resulting in an inaccurate report that contained a non-existing disorder and a recommendation to double the dose that is commonly used for the said non-existing disorder after being reprimanded over the phone for calling the practice asking for an update on a promised report deliverable. The only one that gave me an update was a kind receptionist that answered the phone. This practice might be good with simple stuff but when given something a little more complicated...not so much."
