"I had no wait time. Barely enough time to do the registration paperwork. It was amazing! The staff was great. The building looks to be brand new, airy and beautiful. The doctor though seemed rushed. I heard him ask the nurse if I was his last patient of the day (10:30am appointment, but who knows, maybe he needed to go do rounds in a hospital). There was one more after me, she reported. He was not unkind, and he seems very knowledgeable. But he told me the limited script of answers that he wanted to hear from me, and told me he did not want to hear anything else. He was more terse than my car mechanic. He was able to give me some answers, but I had been expecting something more thorough. He judged it unnecessary. That's fine. (He was not going to waste my time and money, nice.) But I really love it when doctors take a few minutes to listen, sleuth, and explain. I have slow processing speed. I got what he was saying just fine. But for my more chill mind the interaction felt abrupt. If you are a patient who values getting in and out with time to spare, and your personal tempo is speedy, this doctor is for you. My general practitioner recommended this doctor. I will trust the professionals. If my issues continue after physical therapy, I may research to find a doctor closer to home with a more comfortable for me communication style. I need more time to be heard, because it takes me more time to sort my thoughts. I fear this doctor's cadence would brush me off. He is just not a match for me."
"This was my first time here with my new cardiologist, Dr. Ebony Alston. She is a fantastic doctor. My follow-up, call to the office was great too. They helped me with setting up appointments and going over instructions for me from the doctor. Great staff and doctors. I highly recommend this practice."
"Excellent customer service. I was terrified about seeing a cardiologist, but the doctor and staff was reassuring. They explained everything and put me at ease. A diet change with phara support should be enough to keep me ticking for a while. Thank you!"
"Dr. Arnold spent less than 3 minutes with me when she first saw me stating we would do an ultrasound in 2 weeks and talk after. After the ultrasound, she spent 2 minutes telling me the veins looked good but she never gave me a reason for the pain nor even looked at my leg again. Dr. Arnold was friendly but I would not go back, waste of time and money."
"Voniece at reception was very kind, patient and helpful. Dr Johnson and his nurse were exceptional. I especially liked how they each reviewed the information and checked for understanding. I had several opportunities to ask questions and never felt rushed. I feel I am in good hands with all of them."
