"The front staff ignores you when are in the lobby and won't let you talk on the phone. They treat you like they are so much better than you. The billing practice is to bill for fraudulent charges and bill for asking if you want a flu shot and for taking your weight. This place is a joke."

"Updated: This was a 5 star review but this place has gone down hill. Now that my old provider retired I took the opportunity to transfer to a different practice. It’s been getting harder and harder to actually get through to someone on the phone. You stay on hold for forever and get hung up on randomly. Scheduling has been getting harder with less availability for the past couple years. I don't know if they're short staffed like so many other places or what's wrong but my family no longer goes here. I’ll leave three stars for past performance and hope they get better but it’s about 1 star worthy right now. /// My wife and I are both patients here and we love this practice. They have a Labcorp on site so lab work is easy. They haven’t had any issues getting us in for emergencies. We highly recommend this place, and will be patients as long as we’re here in MD and as long as they keep up the outstanding work."

"Horrible hours, horrible front-end staff, doctors that push you to urgent care for everything instead of actually helping because most are not MDs. You have to make an appointment for EVERYTHING, even chronic conditions, and even when they’re booked out for months. They just want your money. Stay away."

"I've only been a couple of times so far. Some of the staff are friendly. Amber Morrow, NP is great and really seems to care. The office appears neat and clean."

"My family and I have been utilizing the services of Dr. Knight and his staff for over 20 years. Dr. Bob is an intelligent, friendly, knowledgeable, well-rounded and well-connected General Family Practitioner. He has access to and can refer his patients to an excellent group of local specialists such as cardiologists, urologist, orthopedics, etc. when needed. Excellent doctor. He saved my life by diagnosing a heart problem before I had a heart attack and which Dr. Amir Najafi quickly addressed through complicated and talented stent surgery. No office runs perfectly all the time but they get the job done and everyone is friendly and caring. Highly recommended. Good Man and staff."
