"If i could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I gifted my best friend a massage for her birthday, to relieve her from the stresses of life as she is a registered nurse and that comes with a very high level of stress, but also to be relieved from body aches and pains and to relax. It saddens me to say that she left her massage crying, which is obviously absolutely unacceptable. From not being provided the hot stones which was a service that I paid for, not having her feet touched/massaged when a full body massage was what was paid for, body shaming comments that were made at the end of the massage by the therapist, her asking the therapist to go lighter with touch but he proceeded to go even more firm because he said that “she needed it”, the entire experience is absolutely heart breaking. I brought it to the attention of the manager there and the only thing that she said she would be able to do was give a refund for the stones that were not used which is again absolutely unacceptable, as a full refund should have been offered. I would absolutely never recommend this establishment to anyone, and we will NEVER be returning. So please, if you are looking for a relaxing getaway for yourself or a loved one, do not ever go to this place."

"This was not my first massage at Hand and Stone. I love to book a massage here because they are always first-rate. Steven did a great job working out the stress in my back. He managed to find just the right problem spots and applied pressure until my muscles relaxed. He used a combination of Swedish massage with some asian techniques as well as acupressure, and the combination was great. My daughter also had her very first massage and is now hooked. We will definitely be back."

"The facility and staff here are amazing and nice. The first visit here for me was a facial with Ms. Brittany. Brittany took her time and explained everything she was doing to my face. She also suggested items and a routine for me to follow at home. It was very easy to talk to Brittany as she is very personable and she listens. As I have never had a skin care routine, I took the opportunity to listen to her suggestions. I believe in the few short weeks my face has improved and I want to give Brittany the credit for it. In closing, if you get a chance visit the Reston Virginia location and ask for Brittany. You will not be disappointed!"
