"Was a nice experience with all three of my kids. However my when I had my son, there is a nurse who pushed formula when I was breastfeeding. He did not loose his 10 percent of body weight. Thankfully I was not a new mom, and did not feel pressured. Instead I asked her to leave my room, and asked her to take the formula out of my room. The nurses should be more informed about what cluster feeding can look like. Along with not bring formula into a room without the parents consent. My husband ended up asking them to not come into my room due to how frustrated I was."

"Thank you so much everyone here I had a great time all of the nurses lactation nurse midwives everyone that works here I am so blessed to have been able to have my baby boy here at this place. I was treated so kindly I was constantly checked on I was given so much education on everything they made sure that before I left I knew a lot of things like breast-feeding stuff and things to look out for just so many great education great knowledge. they definitely make sure that I left with everything I needed to take care of my baby and myself. everything was just such a great experience everyone like I said was so nice there’s nothing but angels working here doing gods work. thank you so much I love this place I will definitely come here again if I ever have another baby. and my husband also feels the same way everything with our second child was great because of this place, and like I said I thank you so much I have nothing but love for everyone and I truly truly appreciate it so much thank you so much I was helped so much and I felt like I was within family. Actually felt like I was in a hotel or something LOL aside to all the pain that I was going through I was being taken care of so well being checked on all the time and like I said I truly felt a lot of warmth and love here definitely. One thing that was really special to me was that as soon as the baby was born he was put on top of me and they left him with me for a whole hour before they took him to do the little drops on the eyes and you know stuff like that and also another thing that really stuck out to me was that he never left the room not once everything that he needed to get done they did it right next to me you know that’s something that I’ve never seen before. it’s just so many great things I can go on and on. When I first got here I was 5 cm dilated and I stood there for a few hours and then I was discharged and told to come back in two hours at that point I went to target and I walked the whole two hours and thank God I did that because when I got back I had dilated up to 6 cm and then I was admitted but yeah that was my experience. "I was actually suprised the experience we had here. The nurses were amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and walked you through everything. My only complaint is the cafeteria. I would expect it to be open 24/7 and have faster service. The nurses and staff may have limited time in between breaks and to have someone make your food and ring you up is not efficient, and could irritate staff which then could take it out on visitors. Didnt witness that but it is not stress that is needed for staff and new parents."

"I had a wonderful experience here! Came in on a Tuesday night to be induced and had an awesome nurse Jenn. Then had Katie the next day who was OUTSTANDING. Wouldn’t have gotten through my labor without them (I mean I would have but it wouldn’t have been as good). Dr. Dan (susquehanna OBGYN) delivered my baby and he kept the mood super light and fun. Overall great experience and highly recommend"
