"Great staff and I’m sure this place deserves more stars than what I am giving. Truly the people who work here are wonderful. Unfortunately, I am fed up with my ingrown toenails. I went through so much (necessary) pain to get ingrown toenails treated (so many times in my life), and the treatment didn’t work. I feel like I could cry. I thought the doctor didn’t put the acid q-tip thing far enough down but I am not a professional and didn’t feel like I knew enough to say anything. I should’ve said something. I could cry, I feel like I’m going to be stuck with painful ingrown toenails forever. If you’re looking for a place to treat your ingrown toenails, don’t come here. I’m currently looking for my fourth podiatrist now."

"Dr. Russo and the staff are friendly and have a positive attitude when you visit. love the way they decorate their office for the holidays. I actually like to go to my visits and cut up with the staff."

"I have been a patient of Dr Tritto’s for several years, ever since my general practitioner [Vince DiPietro] recommended foot care after diagnosing Type 2 diabetes. I am very fond of Dr Tritto and very pleased with the MVS’s attending staff. Because Dr Tritto was on medical leave, my last appointment was rescheduled with Dr Russo, who was also pleasant and efficient. Although it seems that billing lags, there have been no issues."

"Dr Faye is a wonderful podiatrist however There was some miscommunication between herself and the staff. Dr. Faye told the tech to place orthopedic inserts into my shoe and see how they work. She explained that the bill for the inserts would be sent to my insurance. When I went to check out and make a follow up appointment, I was told that the inserts cost $60 out of pocket, that insurance will not cover. Unfortunately I only had $50 cash on me and could not use my bank card at the time due to fraudulent activity on my account. So I asked if they could send me a bill for $10 after paying $50 in cash. Veronica, the office manager, arrived to the desk and said I needed to pay the $60 now, that they are unable to send me a bill. I explained that prior to the inserts being placed in my shoes while in the exam room, no one told me there was an out of pocket expense that needed to be paid prior to leaving for the day. Veronica was not very pleasant and seemed quite irritated. She then told me I had to remove the inserts from my shoes. I had to ask if I could use an exam room to remove them. She told me if I was in the area, to stop by and pay for the inserts. Don’t think I will be going to the Padonia office anymore. I like podiatry associates but will continue to visit GBMC so I never have to experience incompetent staff"

"The office is very nice. I think they need a better sign in system. You sign in and sit and wait but noone calls you up to check in. When you go up to the desk to check in on what you need to do, they check you in but then the staff talk about you coming up to the desk. The receptions were very nice but have a lot of work. There needs to be a dedicated person checking patients in like there is for check out. There also is no privacy at the front desk. Everyone in the waiting room can hear your business. Dr. Russo is excellent. He is kind, thorough and has a sense of humor. He is very experienced and honest. He is about treating the patient appropriately amd does not rush to surgery. This is a great practice!"
