"I'm an automotive technician here in Chicago it's important to share I am not the purchasing client in the experience. Now my client purchased the whole package from here only difference is we had it shipped to my dealer for my installation of it. First things seemed punctual but, 1 star is far more than this experience deserves. They took money for a the promise of a product and will not provide the part. I've seen every excuse to come from this business on going for 3+ years. We have received all parts for the conversion but ironically the only part we need is the only reason this place clings to it's unique market opportunity is you guess it? If you guessed that we are still waiting on the only thing they actually make your correct "3 pedals" . The experience of ours and many others seems to demonstrate a very poor appreciation of the trade. I will be exploring alts to getting this project complete and when I find the fit product to finish the 4000 lbs death machine I've built I will share it with all. I can only hope that this business and it's people can do the right thing first. Send us our parts! You accepted our funding with no problems at all but you give us nothing if you don't give us the pedals. Good luck to all reading this"

"Ordered parts from this business 4/19/2023 and have been trying to call at least twice a day, no answer. No calls back. And no confirmation was given when order was made. Def read your reviews before purchasing…. Highly will never recommend this place!!!!"

"So much to say as why you should avoid this place. Poor communication- disappeared for weeks going on months after purchasing over 10k in parts. Almost impossible to get a hold of Josh once he had my money. Took almost a year to do what was told to me was a 3 week job. Performed work not agreed to or with my consent. Went thousands over budget. Charged me 2 thousand dollars over the final agreed price, only letting me know after I drove 4 hours to pick up my car. Insane. Got angry and verbally insulting when confronted about the above. Entire rear half of my wagon interior was not put back together, I had to request missing parts from the exterior be reinstalled before leaving the shop. Oh, I was also given an empty tank of gas. Lasrly, he gave me the car (after a year) with an audible noise through the shifter which he told me was normal... was NOT normal and ended up being incorrectly installed rear gears which eventually whined so bad I felt it was unsafe to drive the car 4 hours on the highway to return it for warranty work. Hoping he would do what is right (no chance) instead he said I would ave to pay shipping to get the car to him for warranty work for an issue that existed since initial delivery. He is now hounding me over a 66 dollar balance after I spent almost 20k at his shop, waited a year for my car and was delivered essentially broken. Josh is a terrible business owner and has no concept of customer service or satisfaction. Stay away."

"I've wanted a 6-speed Caprice since my college days. Josh and the guys made it happen, and demonstrated their true enthusiasm for the product throughout. I was treated to excellent customer service from start to finish. If they promised anything, they delivered, and they never gave me any false expectations. I drove to the shop from out of state and the whole team was incredibly accommodating to my time budget and overall comfort while I was there. The finished product was factory-quality and I've been very pleased with my now-stick shift Chevy. The car drives like it was made for the 6-speed and leaves a smile on my face every time. I had an odd tick with my particular swap that was not an ordinary occurrence - this took place long after the swap had been finished. And yet, Josh and crew stood behind their product and worked with me until everything was 100% right. The whole team feels like family. A huge thank you to all: Josh, Seth(s), Larry and Elliot. I'm a huge fan and a happy customer."
