My service agent was BJ and he was very polite and made sure that everything was taken care of. When picking up my vehicle, it was clean and ready to go. The whole experience was seamless. I recommend this location for Jaguar servicing."
"I’ve taken my car to this dealership for the same problem 8 times since paying for two new parts, which was supposed to have fixed the problem. I am very frustrated at this point because each time I take my car there it gets damaged and the manager at the dealerships fallback is, “you signed the release”. My response is, “people are NOT signing that it’s ok for your techs and porters to damage their vehicles with no repercussions! It’s ridiculous and unacceptable that the service manager doesn’t start docking pay and making the technicians or porters pay for the damages! I bet they will be more careful with customer vehicles!"
