"The review below is accurate. I had a new patient appointment was a few minutes late because their signage/ name don’t match the email confirmation. It then took them 15 minutes to check me in, despite the fact I had already done the e-check-in, they took my copay upfront, then I was immediately taken back and told they couldn’t see me because it’s now 20 minutes past my schedule time (they tried to act as if it was my fault that it took so long to check in and that time should be counted against me). They said they’d try to fit me in but it would be an hour likely 2. During the course of my stating this was unacceptable and asking why a few minutes would be some problematic, etc. they tried to gaslight me, some nurse intruded etc., they treated me rudely, they were dismissive, and unprofessional. I will never go to UPMC again."

"Doctors dont want to see you and the office staff will call you a liar and they will cancel your appointment because they said that you didn't want to see the doctor which is a lie. The staff also has an attitude problem and will act like little kids by stomping feet and rolling eyes and huffing. I will be looking for a new family doctor, even if it means going further away."
