I NEVER go anywhere else. It might be a bit pricey, but when it comes to rewinding your skin to 10 years ago, what price is worth the brilliance?!!! "I have visited this store 9 times and I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5 because the service has been inconsistent. Some of people who work there give off a snooty vibe like maybe they own the store as opposed to working there. 3 of my visits involved me being ignored while the fashion models chatted amongst themselves and ignored the customers. However, the MVPs who understand customer service are why the store gets a 4.The last time I was there I was looking for my Fashion Fair match. The service a I received on this day was exceptional. This young lady MATCHED me. Had an outstanding personality and went above and beyond to assist me and recommend other products which I purchased Overall I love the store and the products but the stuck up snooty crew need to go or they will KILL your business. Update: The service overall vibe of the store has improved dramatically! I feel like the service is more in tandum to what the appearance of the store personifies now!"
