"Bought a microwavable wax, Almost caught the whole damn house on fire because of the little security sticker they put on everything. Apparently, it has metal in it. I literally saw flames in my microwave.Now it's burnt on to the container, so I wasted money. It's ridiculous that they have to wrap every item in 8 rolls of industrial tape with a security tag on it. I understand trying to protect their products, but over the years, I've broken too many nails opening packaging, Not everybody who walks through those doors are a thief. This absolutely was the final straw,almost burning the entire house down. I'll take my business elsewhere with a better security system"
"I came in at 7:55pm, the store does not close until 8:20pm. I was not able to view any wigs and we were hurried out and even when I decided to just get clip in I walked back to my the door at 8:15pm and the door was locked!"
