"Worst experience ever. The driver showed up and put my car on the lift then proceeded to drop it back to the ground to respond to a nearby police call that took priority. Dispatch told me he would be back in 20 minutes. Car showed up 2 hours later at the drop off. Suggestion for your business, get more than 1 truck OR give the insurance company the option to dispatch it to a company actually available to respond to the call. I’ll also be contacting GEICO and letting them know the type of service their 3rd party company is providing. Horrible experience."
