"Not polite, very rude and possibly racist. I live close to their offices. They came 2 days later. Wanted to charge me $246 plus tax for 10 minutes of work. He stayed another 5 minutes to make sure toilet didn't leak. Terrible experience."

"This review is coming a little late. Early last December we woke up to no water in our house. Called around to several places and Polite Plumber came out the same day to address the problem. It turned out to be a much bigger issue then we had anticipated. We had a cracked water line coming into the house. They not only fixed the problem efficiently but also took the time to explain the root cause and the steps they were taking to resolve it. The repair was done with precision, and I haven't encountered any issues since. Since it was just before the holidays, it was a surprise financial expense. They worked with us on the bill to help ease our burden. The techs and the office staff were amazing and very professional. Honest and did great work.
