"I had an amazing experience at Top Gear Exotics today from start to finish. I brought in my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport on a whim after getting a big job done on it at another auto body who I feel did questionable work on my car... which turned out to be true. I found out some important screws were left loose and a certain part was not put in properly which caused a weird noise when I was driving on the highway. Rita, along with the mechanics working here, went ABOVE and BEYOND to check my car over and make sure all the new parts I had put in were authentic and in good condition. "If you are experiencing trouble with your vehicle and you have tried others, don't put it off, go to Top Gear or just go to them first! We could not be more pleased with the service we received with our Audi S5. It had stumped a few other local competitors before we learned of Top Gear who took their time and got it right. We had a engine light resulting from a misfire on 3 cylinders. We started with replacing the spark plugs and coils ourselves, but when that did not correct the misfire we took it elsewhere only to receive an incorrect diagnosis which suggested the engine needed replacement. Top Gear diligently went through the process of diagnosing the vehicle to determine it was a clogged converter that was replaced a now the car runs great with no misfires or engine light."
