UNI Urgent Care

"Staff were polite and wonderful! However, when I arrived at 8:30 I was the fifth person in the door. I had to wait two hours due to issues outside of the providers control. There are too many medical needs and the providers are doing their best to keep up. Expect great care but it will take a while due to management not staffing enough workers. Something needs to be done because it’s not fair for the doctors, nurses, or patients."

"I just left this urgent care, and it was extremely unprofessional. The front desk representatives were extremely talking to themselves and dismissive. The staff made me wait until they finished the conversation the staff was having, which was about a baby shower and baby came first, so baby shower was cancel, etc.. me and my daughter were the ONLY two people there, and they made us wait so the African american guy and pregnant lady (front staff) The staff needs do to better I put I was coughing up blood on the paper and they didn't even look at it. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when the actual doctor came out, she actually showed concern and compassion. I was sent to the ER. Please, if you work in healthcare, have some respect for your sick patients."

"Highly recommend. Service was excellent from the time of walking in the door to walking out. Every person we encountered (front desk, nurse, Dr.) was very pleasant. Dr. Was super nice and had the best bedside manner with my child. Absolutely no complaints and glad we chose this place for our urgent care need while out of town."

"I absolutely love UNI & I normally go to the N Pointe location which is AMAZING & this location is great as well but I took my son in twice in a few weeks because of a sore throat, fever on & off & I felt like I was being shamed for bringing him in again & I’m pretty sure the dr. or Nurse Practitioner actually said not to keep bringing him back. Prior to this my son hadn’t been seen for being sick for a year so it just had me a little annoyed plus a day later he had a fever & was sick to his stomach & still saying his throat hurt so it’s not as though I brought him to be seen unnecessarily."
