Curtis and Brandon took the time to understand where I was headed with a complete home renovation so they could not only size the heat pump properly, but to make sure wall units vs floor units made sense with what the future floor plan would look like. The outdoor units where never placed or mounted correctly, the inside air handler’s where never installed correctly either. They came out when they said they were going to, evaluated everything, came back and poured concrete pads for the outside units.
