"This place is amazing. They explained everything to me clearly when I was making the appointment. And the day I had my appointment over their phone, it took about 5 to 10 minutes, and afterward, I was able to go to the dispensary that same day after going through so much hassle with other places. This place was truly a lifesaver, and I would for sure recommend it to anyone. **EDIT** I made this review years ago and realized they are way overpriced. Go to Molly Garges for your MD Marijuana Certificate. Just Google Mollynp420, and you will get her page. She is only $40 compared to the $100-200, This place charges."

"I was sick and in the hospital, due to that I was not in a good state to have an appointment. With being in the hospital I couldn’t really talk on my phone. I called to ask for a refund and got told that wasn’t possible. Therefore they got $200 of my money for doing absolutely nothing. I’m a young 19 year old and the extra money would’ve been very helpful in my account. After trying to get my money back they hung up the phone on me. INTENTIONALLY. I’m very disgusted with this experience and highly don’t recommend dealing with any of these people! Absolutely terrible."

"I could barely understand the doctor I spoke with and had to ask him to repeat what he had said multiple times. When I received my certification it was for the wrong illness. I contacted them and they said it would take 24-48 hours to correct because they had a lot of appointments scheduled. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting for an indefinite amount of time but they would return my call. I called again 2 hours later and there still wasn’t a manager to speak with. I asked to speak to the person at the next highest level and was told they didn’t handle these types of matters. I asked to speak to a physician and was told that it wasn’t how the process worked. I feel that they have my money and are no longer interested in providing good customer service because it isn’t profitable. Please avoid this service and find a better way to procure your medication."

"They overcharge for services and want to keep money they haven’t earned. They suck. Don’t pay their ridiculous charge for medical review/certification. They charge nearly twice as much as other medical doctors. Also they will not refund $ paid to them in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. I scheduled my appointment about 10 pm, and realized I had a conflict with the appointment time the next morning at 10:20. I tried to cancel online but that option was not available since it was less than 24 hours before the appointment. So I called in early the next morning to cancel and was told I could cancel BUT WOULD NOT GET A REFUND. They overcharge for services and want to keep money they haven’t earned. They suck."
