"Was quick to write off our washer without even seeing it, telling us that we're better off just to replace it because it sounded like it might be the computer that was wrong with it. Had another repairman out to look at it, who found that there was nothing wrong with our washer, it simply wasn't draining properly due to a small , outdated drain pipe in our 60s home. Would have charged $130 to come out. Highly recommend calling Elite, in Lumberton, instead! ETA: Business started calling my husband's phone moments after I left this review. They also claim, in their response, that it is impossible to diagnosis without seeing the machine so they probably shouldn't have told us that we were probably better off to buy a new one without even seeing our washer. Poor customer service and awful business etiquette!"

He was courteous and professional on the phone, and he was ready to work when he arrived. When he came in, he was calm and pleasant in our house, where we currently have 3 kids under 3.
