"Emailed on April 24 to inquire about a roof truss estimate. Received a response saying to go in person to this location for more info. I stopped in on June 19 and was told they couldn't help onsite but would send my plans to another employee offsite. I provided a copy of my plans and contact info. I hadn't heard back so I called today (July 11) to inquire and was told they had no record of my info or plans. Their response was "there's nothing I can really do to help." Such a disappointing experience but judging by other similar reviews, I guess I should have expected it."

""Out Standing"! My wife and I walked in to be greeted by Lawrence, he was busy but he said if we have any questions please ask. We had been looking for composite decking materials for quite some time. We had tried both of the local home improvement centers only to be disappointed by comments "like we don't carry that color or style", and there was a long lead time for material if we wanted something other than what they stocked (we were looking for AZEK / Timber Tech). However at 84 Lumber it was a positive experience. Immediately Caleb and Lawrence priced out the materials we needed. Materials would be delivered to their store on Tuesday, and could schedule a delivery when it arrived. It is now 6 days after we went into the store and they have scheduled a delivery for tomorrow! Customer service was great, not seen very often these days. Again 5 STARS 84 Lumber! We will be back for future purchases and will highly recommend you to everyone!"
