"We ordered takeaway for Christmas from Hunan Wok, because it was the only Chinese restaurant still taking dinner orders, and were told that we'd have a 1½ hour wait for our food owing to the extreme busy-ness of the night. Fine, allowances must be made and it's not a major issue to have to wait, but you would hope that the food you received after that length of time would at least be appetizing. Everything was very bland and underseasoned, the vegetables and rice were not properly cooked, and the dumplings were somehow hard to chew. It felt like our food had been made in haste without any care or taste. This was not 4-star food; I've never been so let down by Google ratings. So I had to share my honest experience."

"I've ordered here probably more than 50 times. The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly. They can customize orders (general tsao tofu combo is good veggie option). I've never had any issues with them, and they never got an order wrong with us. I just wish they had scallion pancakes!!!"
