Señor Tacos

"Never heard of “senior tacos” until I had been driving on Old York rd in Bridgewater one day, and had seen it sitting outside next to the gas station. It was a food truck but eventually they opened a restaurant although they still do keep the food truck on the property.. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tacos. The price was average - there are definitely more expensive tacos in the area but also better and cheaper ones than here as well. I decided to get one of each; chicken, pork, and steak - which had been all of their offering. The steak tacos are ver delicious. The chicken taco had a great taste and was very juicy. The pork tacos were probably the best out of all three in a close race with the chicken. All the tacos were served in a traditional style. The verde salsa was extremely good. Definitely above average. Tortilla chips and salsa are very good as well. They had the Mexican sodas which always pair nicely with the tacos. Señor Tacos has evolved since it’s inception, and because of this my review has slightly changed; but it only seems for the better. I look forward to exploring more of their menu."

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Got 3 tacos, Asada, Adobada, and Chicken. They ran out of Carnita, so we got Chicken instead. Chicken was OK but plain. Asada was good. Adobada was the best! Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"

"The food here was delish,big portions, and the price was reasonable. There is parking. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is very clean. I had the flautas, my child had a beef torta and choriqueso. We will definitely come back to try other dishes. The empanadas are delish too!!"

"A true hidden gem! Señor Tacos has been on my must try list for months, I regret not going sooner! Right on Old York Rd, you’ll miss it if you blink. Small parking lot in the front but there’s parking on the side as well. Phenomenal service, our waiter Cruise was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable (we even moved tables twice and they were so accommodating). We ordered tripe soup, my husband said it was better than his mothers! We also spilt the Parrillada for two, which is by far the best bang for your buck. It includes grilled chicken, cubed chicken, pulled pork, beef, chorizo, hand pressed corn tortillas, melted queso fresco, fresh pico, guac, beans, rice. We had lunch AND dinner for the next day. All for $70. Don’t make my mistake and wait to try it out. This is a special place!"

"Great Mexican food in a casual atmosphere. We enjoyed the Enchiladas Suizas and a Torta. All the salsas are great. Will be back soon."
